By booking a room or using any services offered by Lokal Phuket, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation or using our services.

2. Reservations and Bookings

All reservations must be made through our online booking system. Confirmation of your reservation will be sent via email. A non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking.

3. Payment

Payment for your stay is due upon check-in. We accept Cash and Credit Card payments. Any outstanding balances must be settled in full.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing via email to info@lokalphuket.com. Cancellation policies vary depending on the booking date and length of stay. Please refer to the confirmation email for specific details.

5. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to respect the property and other guests. Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in the termination of your stay.

6. Liability

Lokal Phuket is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Guests are responsible for their own belongings.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kindom of Thailand.
