Check-In / Check-Out Policies

This property has the following check-in and check-out times and policies.

Check-In: 2:00 PM

Check-Out: 12:00 PM

Late Check-Out Hour: 6:00 PM

Late Check-out Fees: ฿ 800.00

Late check out (after 12:00 PM and before 6:00 PM) may result in a fee.

Property and Cancellation Policies :

General Hotel Cancellation and No-Show Policy 
Peak Season
: 14 days notice
Cancelation - 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
No Show - 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.


High Season
: 7 days notice
Low Season
: 3 days notice
Cancelation - 1 night of the booking amount will be charged.
No Show - 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.

Terms and Conditions

All rates are inclusive tax and complementary WiFi.
Amendment or Cancellation must be made in written notice to provided email.
If the rates are charged in Thai Baht currency, the amount shown on monthly statement in other currencies to you by the respective credit card company might be slightly different from our quoted price due to the exchange rate variations.
Children 12 years and understay free when sharing the parents' or guardian's room. (One child per room)
Children 13 years and over are considered as "Adult".
Late check-out will be charged with a fee.
Additional fee will be charged if payed with Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard 3%, AMEX 4%).
Airport transfer is available upon request and will be charged.
Smoking in the room is not allowed.
The Hotel is not responsible for loss, damage or theft of valuables left unattended in guest rooms. Safe deposit boxes are available for safe keeping.
For safety concerns, we advise that upon leaving the property to deposit the room key in the designated room key shelf (reception area). A charge of THB 2000 will occur in the case of a lost room key.
We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a guest has engaged in-fraudulent, inappropriate activity, or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.



Pet Policy:

  1. I agree to leave a 3000THB deposit for my pet. 
  2. My pet’s vaccinations are up-to-date and he or she is free of fleas and ticks.
  3. My pet is not aggressive and is well-socialized with other animals and guests.
  4. My pet will be kept on leash if:
  5.  he/she is aggressive towards other animals or humans
  6. he/she has prey drive and chases cats (as we have many cats residing on property)
  7. I agree to clean up after my pet and properly dispose of any waste.
  8. I agree to take my pet OUTSIDE the property to relieve itself. Poo bags can be found at reception. We all love animals but we also need to keep our property clean and not turn it into the public dog toilet. Please respect our property.
  9. I agree to take responsibility for any damage that my pet causes.
  10. My pet will be with me and under my care at all times as they are not to be left unattended on the property. If you need to go somewhere and cannot bring your pet please contact reception for assistance. 
  11. I am aware that an additional charge will apply if excessive cleaning is necessary. 
  12. Lokal is not liable for any injury or accidents arising from my pet while on hotel property.
  13. I accept full responsibility for any liability arising from my pet (pet damage or personal injury to hotel, hotel staff, guest, third party or property).
